A typical driveway cleaning takes 2-4 hours, while a patio or decking may take 1-3 hours. Larger or more heavily soiled areas may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we provide your quote, so you know exactly what to expect.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outside water tap, many customers are happy for us to work while they're out. We'll always contact you before and after the job, and send photos of the completed work.

We just need access to an outside water tap and the area to be cleaned. We bring all our own equipment including commercial pressure washers, generators (if needed), cleaning solutions, and surface cleaners. We're completely self-sufficient.

Not when done by professionals. We carefully assess each surface and adjust pressure settings, nozzle types, and cleaning methods accordingly. Delicate surfaces like wooden decking receive lower pressure and specialist treatment, while harder surfaces like concrete can withstand higher pressures. Our experienced team knows exactly how to clean each material safely.
